Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return on any ring with a manufacturing defect. All of our rings are custom made from scratch. There will be no returns on rings made to the correct specifications you ordered. Sizing is extremely important. We offer free sizing bands with your purchase so please select that option. We also list the dimensions under sizing in case you choose to get sized by another jeweler.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Manufacturing defects upon receiving, wrong size that is not the size you ordered or wrong design. If we make any of these mistakes, you will be jumped to the front of the line and the correct design will be made.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
When your order is placed, the process on your ring begins. Materials are ordered and your band begins the machining process. Each ring is made by hand from scratch, our rings are not made by a large manufacturer. They are made by me (Stephen) one artist and one of the original inventors of the antler wedding rings. That being said, all sales are final.
